Shipping Policy
Age Requirement
Landon Winery ships wine only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally authorized to purchase alcohol.
An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for all wine shipments. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of delivery.
Transfer of Title and Ownership
Title to, and ownership of, all wine purchased from Landon Winery passes to the purchaser at the time the shipment is accepted by the carrier. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Landon Winery is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, the purchaser. The purchaser assumes responsibility for the shipment upon carrier acceptance, subject to applicable laws and carrier claims procedures.
Shipping Availability
Wine shipments are available only to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law and where Landon Winery holds the necessary permits.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally be shipped to the destination address.
Shipping Carriers
Landon Winery ships orders using FedEx and UPS. Carrier selection is determined by destination, service availability, and shipping efficiency.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or severe weather events.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on destination and carrier service levels.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Wine Club Shipments
Wine Club shipments are processed automatically at the beginning of each even-numbered month (February, April, June, August, October, and December).
Landon Winery has until the 10th day of the applicable club month to ship Wine Club orders. Members should expect their shipments to arrive no later than the 15th day of the month under normal shipping conditions.
Shipping and delivery timelines may be adjusted due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Members are responsible for maintaining current billing, shipping, and contact information prior to each club processing date.
Weather Holds
To protect wine quality, Landon Winery may delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold.
If weather conditions pose a risk to your wine, we may hold your order until conditions improve. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize the quality of your wine.
Shipping Address Requirements
We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible to ensure someone 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the package.
P.O. Boxes cannot be used for wine shipments.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Carriers will typically make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of an adult recipient or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to Landon Winery.
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned orders.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products, as carriers may require inspection before a claim can be processed.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Landon Winery is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
